Gymnastics class at Power In Motion

Preschool (Walking–5)

Parent Tot — 40 min

Designed for our newest movers. Once your child is confidently walking, join us to start cooperative play, balancing, hanging, and rolling in a safe, playful setting — with parents right there participating.

Transitioning Twos — 40 min

For Parent Tot grads ready for a little more independence. Parents are welcome to stay involved as needed while our skilled staff help kids grow comfortable exploring gymnastics on their own, at their own pace. Class placement is based on instructor recommendation.

Thrilling Threes — 50 min

A first taste of a real classroom experience, with parents cheering just outside the door. Kids explore, move, and interact with new friends as they build foundational gymnastics skills at their own pace.

Fabulous Fours — 50 min

A first trip downstairs to our preschool gym, working on trampoline, bars, beam, and floor. Along the way kids build gymnastics skills plus everyday wins — listening, taking turns, and trying their best.

Fantastic Fives — 50 min

A confidence-building step up across every apparatus. Kids build body and spatial awareness through balance and dynamic movement — while continuing to grow their listening and social skills.

Recreational — Girls (6+)

Beginner Gymnastics I — 60 min

An introduction to real gymnastics for girls ages six and up, working on bars, beam, vault, floor, and trampoline. Mastering this level’s skills opens the door to Beginner Gymnastics II.

Beginner Gymnastics II — 60 min

The next step up for girls six and up, building on Beginner Gymnastics I with harder skills across bars, beam, vault, floor, and trampoline. Mastery here leads into Intermediate/Advanced.

Intermediate / Advanced — 85 min

Our top level of recreational gymnastics for girls six and up. Beginner Gymnastics II is a prerequisite — from here, gymnasts push their skills further and work toward their strongest routines yet on every event.

Recreational — Boys (6+)

Beginner Boys I — 60 min

An introduction to boys gymnastics for ages six and up, covering high bar, pommel horse, parallel bars, rings, vault, floor, and trampoline. These foundational skills lead into Beginner Boys II.

Beginner Boys II — 60 min

Building on Beginner Boys I with harder skills across every event. Mastering this level opens the door to our Intermediate class.

Intermediate Boys — 85 min

Our top level of recreational boys gymnastics. Beginner Boys II is a prerequisite — students are challenged to sharpen their hardest skills yet across every event.

Tumbling (6+)

Beginner Tumbling — 60 min

For students brand new to tumbling. We start with forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and back bends — plus beginner trampoline skills — to build strong fundamentals.

Intermediate Tumbling — 60 min

For students who’ve already mastered a handstand, cartwheel, and back bend. We move into round-offs and back walkovers, and begin working toward back handsprings and front flips — with trampoline skills along the way.

Advanced Tumbling — 60 min

For students with a clean back walkover and back handspring over a boulder. This is where we start flying — literally — working toward aerials, running tumbling, and tumbling into the pit as skills advance.

Cheer

Cheer — 60 min

Open to cheerleaders of all levels, ages six and up, learning and practicing cheerleading skills — jump and tumbling technique alongside the basics of stunting.

Cheer Kidz — 50 min

A fun first step into cheer for ages four and five, covering tumbling basics, cheer dance, jumps, and floor-level stunting — a great warm-up for our All-Star Cheer program.
